Christmas surprise update

  • Re-organised settings
  • Remove original reboot, screenshot and toggle airplane mode menu item
  • Changed implementation in Anti-Theft Protection. Now should also disable the toggle airplane mode menu item and toggle mobile data menu item
  • Changed implementation in determining positions to add menu items.
  • Updated Russian translations (Thanks greatslon)
  • And more importantly - Christmas Easter Eggs!
