Transmic

Transmic is a Python program for identifying clusters in phylogenetic trees by combining
inter-taxon patristic distances with statstical support values of the corresponding branch
nodes.


Installation / Usage:

After the parameterization of the program is conducted using the file controlfile.tbsc 
the program is started in the console by typing python transmic.py
