Using data from the Chicago Food Inspections website, this program gives a report on pass/failure rates of various of establishments, both in the city in general and also in particular zip codes. After cloning to your system, type ruby write_story.rb <zip code> <file name>
The output will be the report.
In the folder in which you cloned the code, type rspec
