Today is a good day! Many things were completed.

1) Cloud Storage
2) PHP Documenting
3) Version Control with GitHub
4) ? Netbeans IDE ? 
5) Github and Netbeans are making love!

Question : What happens when I edit this file via server client and then jump right into editing it on the IDE.?
Answer   : The changes aren't picked up unless you re-download.. So that means it is import to make sure you IDE code is fresh before you edit it.
