Fix version number

Fixes the displayed version number

Update to 9.0 and add an API

• Updates to 9.x. Versions 0.8.x and earlier are no longer supported.
• Adds an API for the module, which is described in the README.
• Since BetterTables Story Tables are bugged right now, removes instructions for randomizing bios in the README
• Takes back over ownership of the module

Support for Better RollTables & roll random biographies

• Adds support for the Better Rolltables mod. Specifically, Better Tables and Story Tables
• You can now roll random biographies using Better RollTables! The process is similar to token names, but you will need to create a Story Table. Instructions are in the README
• You can now use nested compendium tables. If you make your nested compendium table a Better Table, it will return text

Allow compendium tables

• Compendium tables will now work! Note: since nested compendium tables return links to tables instead of strings, nested compendium tables will still not work with this module.

Update compatible version

• Updates the listed compatible version as the latest version of Foundry
• Adds more detailed instructions in the README
