changed version of testContainers to 1.5.1 to support Docker Desktop

Version 1.5.1 of testcontainers allow build&run tests in Docker Desktop out of the box on Windows

testContainer 1.5.0 caused ./gradle build to fail. Version 1.5.2 fixed the issue.
Caused by: com.github.dockerjava.api.exception.NotFoundException: Status 404: {"message":"No such image: testcontainers/ryuk:0.3.0"}
