Dvorak keyboard layout

This layout is intended for use with Western European languages.

Typing should be of comparable ease to the following specialized layouts.

QWERTY:

QWERTZ:

- Swiss
AZERTY:
- French

A symbolic variant is provided that recreates the us(symbolic) layout for
the Dvorak key arrangement.


Installation
------------

System-wide installation is possible by copying the `symols` and `rules`
directories to `$XKB_CONFIG_EXTRA_PATH` (typically `/etc/xkb`).
User-specific installation is possible by copying the `symols` and `rules`
directories to `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/xkb/` (typically `$HOME/.config/xkb`).

Note that if an `evdev.xml` rules file is already present, its contents
need to be merged with those in the rules file provided here.
