OP_CHECKLOCKTIMEVERIFY needs locktime and sequence to be passed as arguments. OP_CHECKSEQUENCEVERIFY needs version and sequence to be passed as parameters. These parameters would need to be passed to the evaluate method if any of these opcodes were part of the script.
