Preprint release

Greetings, this is the first major public release of MaLiAmPi since being written up for publication as a method. This version also correspond to that used for the March of Dimes Preterm Birth Dream Challenge.

epa-ng and raxml-ng

A major release of maliampi, now using raxml-ng and epa-ng instead of raxml and pplacer respectively.
