🧬 My current research focus is currently on improving throughput of NGS sequencing data processing, and authentication of very old metagenomic ancient DNA samples.
👪 I'm currently a core-team member of the nf-core initative of standardised Nextflow pipelines and I established the SPAAM-community of ancient metagenomics researchers.
