Motion Capture Structures. These contain motion capture data at 300 Hz. *aligned_markers_preproc - aligned marker positions (in mm) at 300 Hz.

• markers_preproc - marker positions (in mm) at 300 Hz.
• frames_with_good_tracking - cell array (just use {1}) of marker positions later given behavioral labels

Analysis Structures. These contain behavioral labels at 6 Hz. Relevant fields:

• annot_reordered - behavioral labels
• clusternames - names of clusters
• zValues - position of the timepoint in tsne space
