INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Create a folder called washu in the same folder as your binaries will reside.
2. Run UniversityGenerator.
3. Run RandomHousingAssigner.
4. Run FirstUtilityCalculator.
5. Look at washu/raw-utility-avarages.csv and replace the value of PERSON_AVG with the first number and the value of PLACE_AVG with the second number in all files.
6. Run CurrentHousingAssigner and ProposedHousingAssigner.
7. Run UtilityCalculator.
8. Run UtilityAnalyzer.
