File descriptions

1. generate_paper_figures.m: Matlab function to generate the figures of the paper
2. loadParameters.m: Matlab function to load pre-defined model parameters
3. +utils: package folder containing utility functions needed to run generate_paper_figures.m
4. data: folder containing data to reproduce the results of the paper
