Not going to merge this as it is untested. And, given that this is to fix/enable #491 let's have the discussion there about the right way to approach sourcemaps. Thanks! |

Support for an asynchronous transformStackTrace hook for HtmlReporter, to support applying sourcemaps (or other async-doing things) to the stack trace output.
