Welcome to the CorrLAB Wiki!

Here, we present the application CorrLAB, the software environment for correlation and period analysis. The methods of correlation analysis briefly described here, proved to be a useful tool for the study of the complex behavior of various physical systems. It is often that the first step to understand phenomena responsible for such behavior is to determine periodicities presented in these systems. In such cases, correlation analysis would provide useful information in addition to more commonly used methods based on the Fourier transform. With small alternations, one could use the same methods also for determining of relations between the various physical characteristic of such physical systems.

Account of the aforementioned, we decided to implement various methods of correlation analysis in a user-friendly software environment. Advantages of the implemented methods, the simplicity of usage and numerous possibilities of adjusting predetermine CorrLAB to be beneficial in a wide field of analysis. The application development continues, so we expect additional features to be added in next releases. The latest version of the software will be always available freely here, on GitHub.
