Description

Switches the Gitlab org dynamic wrapper from pointing at the Gitlab catalog module to the new Gitlab org catalog module

Need to test this with the new events system, so I am going to open this as a draft for now. Also, this is pointing to a nightly build of the new Gitlab Org module.
