This project is performed as a final project for ACC 690 - Start-up Finance, offered in the UWaterloo Master of Accounting program.
The group project requirements are listed in the assignment requirements file, which relates to performing a valuation and market analysis related to a fictional SaaS company based on the whitepaper "Whats Your SaaS Company Worth?" from SaaS Capital. The final deliverable had a qualitative memo as well as supporting quantitative analysis.
