I'm currently studying bioinformatics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. I'm working on my final project under supervision of Cedric Notredame.
My final project and related code. Some highlights:
- a Python module for analyzing protein secondary structure
- an R package for plotting secondary structure.
I create indie video games in Unreal Engine 5 under the name Vistula Development.
The video game Track Racer. Early access expected in late 2024.
I occasionally create web applications, mostly with React/Next. You can find some highlights below.
