SplitDuration for Windows 64-bit

• First release of the SplitDuration script
• Calculate the length time-delay (from shear-wave splitting) increase and decrease periods from the Crampin et al. (2013) formulations
• Can be used either through the graphical user interface or the console/command prompt
• A figure of the relations used in the script is also included
• This binary is created and tested with Windows 10 64-bit
