Being open-source, we have to keep this repo public. Yet it is primarily meant to be used by members only. If you're not a member and want to partake in a discussion with us - please join the community first.

Rules for Members

1. When entering a draft proposal (.md format) in this repo - put it in its appropriate subdirectory. Create the subdirectory, if non-existent. MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR GITHUB USERNAME IN THE DRAFT, OR, LEAVE AN EMAIL ID ATLEAST.
2. Post comments and discussions in the relevant discussion thread. Create one, if non-existent.
3. To notify all members about your post, mention the team as @ipns-link/members.
4. Follow the Minutes of Team Meetings to stay updated.
5. Follow our Kanban board to know about the status of TODO. If you take on a task, move the corresponding card to the appropriate column.
6. Try to discuss your thoughts at our Matrix community before posting here.
