This project is setup to learn Vue 3 cli

Project setup:

Stage 1

1. Setup initial local node js server and run first hello world app using Vue3 cli ✔︎
2. Connect it to github ✔︎
3. Create first Vue build for publishing ✔︎
4. Create Heroku node js server and app ✔︎
5. Connect Github and Heroku app ✔︎
6. Publish builds automatically to Heroku app using push of main branch of Github repo ✔︎
