MWP_DATASET

English and Hindi dataset for Math word problems The DATASET folder contains English and Hindi dataset json files. Each dataset contains around 10k mathematical question and answer pair. The dataset is intended to evaluate the learning model's ability for algebraic reasoning and mathematical learning. Additionally, the Hindi dataset was created to target low resource setting.

English(EW10k)

Problem: On the way home from work, Rosa stopped by the market. She picked out a box of pasta priced at ₹ 326.0 and a jar of sauce priced at ₹ 224.0 What was the total cost ?
Answer: 550.0

Problem: There are 4.0 giant jars of marbles on display at a toy store. Each jar contains 182.0 marbles. How many marbles are there in all ?
Answer: 728.0

Hindi(HW10k)

Problem: यदि 7.0 प्लास्टिक स्ट्रॉ (तरल पदार्थ पीने की नली ) की लागत ₹ 3.5 है और प्रत्येक स्ट्रॉ का मूल्य एक ही है, तो एक स्ट्रॉ का मूल्य क्या होगा?
Answer: 0.5

Problem: एक आयताकार बकरी के बाड़े का परिमाप 34.0 मीटर है | बाड़े की चौड़ाई 6.0 मीटर है| बाड़े की लम्बाई कितनी होगी ?
Answer: 11.0
