PoolTool v1.0.0

This update adds a chart to more easily visualize the pool depth vs. the market depth. Also included in this release is a script that updates the valid pools, eliminating the need to manually update when the pools get deleted.
Requirements have changed, make sure to install the latest requirements to use the full functionality of PoolTool
