This PR adds brews section to .goreleaser.yml file.

use on commandline:

brew tap hyperledger/packages/firefly-cli
brew install firefly-cli

TODO: create repo hyperledger/homebrew-packages

  • this is where homebrew will store the .rb file under Formula folder

ISSUE: #59
