This is probably as far as I'll go with this PR unless there's some interest in resurrecting Hyde. I needed things to "work" in some sense for the foreseeable future, and modulo some disabled tests (primarily in the plugin API, which I don't make significant use of) this works. I'm also going to turn on Travis CI CRON jobs, so the badge I added in the README will update automatically (that should be removed before merging)
