You can now open multiple windows, with ctrl-N or the File menu. (If you're on macOS, check out the "show tab bar" option in the View menu, too.)

You can see the distances between any two nodes in the new "Diff Records" section at the bottom.

You can control the tree pruning rate with the outlierRemovalPercentage option.

You can view the results of each step by clicking on the blue dots.

You can close the client(!) and the job will keep running(!), and then you can pick it from the list(!) and follow along as a job is running(!)! [I'm really excited about this.]

To top it off, several different clients can now follow the same job.

Significant nonmonophyly (p-value < 0.05) is now highlighted in its own box.

Omar's new Ent algorithm tweaks have landed. I don't know what all to say about them.

There's also one thing that hasn't landed yet — the removal of the undefined entries seems to change the tree in an odd way, so we're still looking at that.
