Anonymous streaming.
Using opencv multiple faces detection and tracking implementation by gdiepen. Add feature to blur faces using gausian blur during record and ability to save video to disk.
You need Anaconda with Python 2.7, OpenCV 3.1.0, and dlib 19.1.0 to run this. A laptop or PC with camera is also required.
