Windows:
Both packages are built using Visual Studio and require Administrator rights for installation, because they install vcredist packages (Visual Studio C++ redistributable package, containing libraries needed when running software compiled in Visual Studio).
Linux:
Install snap (preinstalled on Ubuntu 16.04 and newer) see https://snapcraft.io/docs/core/install
sudo snap install huggle
MacOS:
This package is guaranteed to run on Mojave or newer versions of OSX. It may work with older OSX as well, but only Intel x64. If you have a different platform you will need to compile huggle.
