Integrate IDatabaseObjects.DistinctFieldAutoAssignment

The IDatabaseObjects.DistinctFieldAutoAssignment is only available via the UseAutoAssignment conditional compilation constant. The requirement for using this function and using a compilation constant should be removed while still providing backward compatibility and the same functionality. This function should be removed and the additional functionality provided for via the DistinctFieldAttribute not via the IDatabaseObjects interface.
