Problem

Once token metadata (and the metadata_key) have been exposed (#6549) in the REST API, test via acceptance tests.

Solution

As much as possible utilize the existing token/NFT tests for this purpose in order to minimize execution time and cost.

There is not yet support for token metadata in the Java SDK. There are two PRs still open. See my Slack query.

Will follow up when that changes. In the mean time switching to #6549 to work on the REST API.
