Second commit of this bot!

Features:

• No more int main(int argc, char* argv[]) until necessary!
• New command: /ping (global command)

Pending:

• Making premake5.lua.

Update in the future:

• Make some common commands!
• Website (maybe after version 2.0.0)

Launching bot v1.0.0

This is the first commit for bot launch on Visual Studio!

Features:

• Using spdlog library.
• Using Dpp version 10.15.0.
• int main(int argc, char* argv[])
