These files can be used instead of execution of heavy calculations in notebooks 2a_Features_extraction.ipynb

and 2b_Features_selection.ipynb and . If you want to execute all the functions, please go to 2_Features_extraction_and_selection.ipynb.

Download the files and put them in the same location as notebooks.

Computations without measurement uncertainties

First version contains computations using methods for the feature selection and classification based on Fast Fourier transform. Hence, only amplitudes in frequency domain provided by FFT were analyzed.
