Hanacoin 0.17.1.1 Upgrade

In this release, Bech32HRP address will be rectified to start with "hana", if you happen to be using the old HRP address, please generate a new one and use it to avoid confusions.

After upgrading your wallet, please wait for an hour before sending or receiving any coins. This is due to the 0.17.1 wallet client requiring complete synchronisation and observation/estimation of the fallback fee. The wallet is required to calculate and estimate these fees from confirmed transactions before any withdrawal/deposit transactions can be sent/recieved.

Backup your wallet before upgrade, to avoid any data loss or corruption.
