Hi!
This is a great little tool, and I wanted to use it on my mac as well; so I ported it to Avalonia. Most of the changes required were minor. There appears to be an issue with skia and visual brushes; so I had to make the BaseLine.Worse border brush a solid red brush. Also, Avalonia uses .axaml as the file extension; so all of those had to change.
Please let me know if you want me to make any adjustments.
