To turn this into an SPKG, ust create a bzipped tarball of this directory.
That is, from this directory do the following:

  1) cd ..
  
  2) tar -cvjf conformal-1.0.spkg ./conformal

  3) sage -pkg conformal-1.0.spkg

  4) type something here
