Because yarn bug causes head of branch not be fetched if there is already a cached version of the branch. See yarnpkg/yarn#671

This change refers to prebid library by explicit commit instead of by branch name, to work around bug in yarn: yarnpkg/yarn#671
And a small bug fix.
