Some services (e.g. BigQuery Storage) have a different destination folder structure for historical reasons (bigquerystorage vs bigquery-storage). This PR allows you to override the output folder.
This was necessary to generate BigQuery Storage's v1beta2 client: googleapis/java-bigquerystorage#44
