This allows you to retroactively "fix" a merged commit's message by updating the associated merged pull request with a section like:

BEGIN_COMMIT_OVERRIDE
feat: add ability to override merged commit message

chore: another message
chore: a third message
END_COMMIT_OVERRIDE

This is clever, one question, how would someone actually trigger the update? With the GitHub app we would re-label, but what about with the action, just wait for the next merge?

Could probably add examples of adding the a manual trigger via workflow_dispatch
