Documentation: {.sortable} not rendered correctly

The register_write section in ir_semantics.md has a table with an annotation that looks like it is meant to make the columns sortable.

... however, the mkdocs rendering does not understand it and renders gibberish https://google.github.io/xls/ir_semantics/#register_write
