This 30-minute talk introduces some tips for developers to start doing TDD at work. (PDF)

Abstract

Test-Driven Development is a practice which requires high discipline and patience, hence relates closely to intrinsic motivation. This talk presents some tips to introduce the practice in any development team, with Ruby on Rails examples.
