Goldcoin Treasury Update:
There is a reason that most PoW projects ultimately die, and that's because there's no inherent funding mechanism built into the protocol. Developers cost money - workers, advertising, offices, systems, exchange listings, and so forth - the same. And without funding, a project cannot survive.
We have a practical solution and present it here in version 0.15.0.
Bitcoin ABC recently solved this by one approach of taking a percentage of the block reward. This is our bold experimental solution.
This upgrade is a simple consensus rules update that will fund a treasury with 1.1 billion GLC by means of a superblock. The coins will be immediately locked in a multi-sig protected wallet and not available to markets. A board of directors will decide the timing of any and all expenditures (or future coin buybacks).
The leveraging of RSUs will also play a major role, attracting new talent without diluting circulation.
