Tellor serves as a decentralized oracle network where reporters commit stakes to provide accurate data. The aim of this PR is to add a TellorAdapter, designed to store block hashes from the Tellor oracle whenever they become available. Tellor is currently implemented across all major chains, including Gnosis.
