WFHIR

A simple HL7© FHIR© implementation.

This library contains:

• FHIR resources as POJO beans (see org.dew.fhir.model);
• serialization and deserialization utilities (see FHIRUtil);
• base servlet to implement own services endpoint (see FHIRServlet);
• classes and interfaces to implement FHIR services (see IFHIRService);
• client to invoke RESTful API (see FHIRClient).

This library DON'T contains:

• persistence engine of resources;
• user interfaces or viewers;
• tools for server/resources management.

Serialization and Deserialization

The format RDF/Turtle is not supported.

Build

• git clone https://github.com/giosil/wfhir.git
• mvn clean install -f pom2.xml - this install wfhir as library
• mvn clean install - this create the war file
• docker build -t wfhir . - this will create a Docker image named wfhir
• docker run --rm -it -p 8080:8080 wfhir - To run image named wfhir
