ServerGrid is a server monitoring application framework for Linux and Windows servers (that operate with PowerShell enabled). It provides you with a centralised system from which to keep an eye on your server fleet and view CPU and Memory information without the need for SSH connections back to your system.
ServerGrid is comprised of a PHP/Mysql/Twitter Bootstrap/Google Charts API mashup to create a platform on top of which you can build your own custom server monitoring application.
ServerGrid is available as a lightweight free download through Github.
