To HEC with it all.

That is what I said the Christmas that HEC was released. I was giving Brian Gilmore (@BrianMGilmore) from the Splunk IoT team grief about the RaspberryPi universal forward being versions behind. So I turned to the new HEC feature. I pinged Glenn Block (@gblock), formerly of Splunk who was the pappa of HEC. He said no there is no python specific SDK just use Requests. So, this class was born because I don't like hand rebuilding something every time I need it.
