Introduce scrub script for automation on OpenRC systems. By default this script triggers scrubbing all online pools. To disable scrub on certain pool user need to add user-defined property
org.gentoo:periodic-scrub=disable:

zpool set org.gentoo:periodic-scrub=disable rpool
