Installation Requirements: -MatLab 2017b or higher Updates: -01/01/2019 New tab DataBase containing all COSPLAY modules sequences and target vectors and proposing: Virtual modules assembling. Access to the assembled plasmid sequence. Addition of new modules and assembled plasmids. Installation: -Download all mlapp and png files in the same folder. -Add the folder to the MatLab base path. Start: -Launch MatLab and Enter COSPLAY as a MatLab console command or alternatively if MatLab is closed directly launch COSPLAY.mlapp.
