Description

Aemi is designed to be an aesthetic minimalist WordPress theme. It provides a highly legible, clean, clear and really minimalist theme. Aemi is also a really fast and efficient theme. Aemi is Gutenberg-ready.

Installation

Set up development environment

make init

Make a release

make all

Archive file will be in dist/.

Install on a local WordPress instance

/bin/bash -c 'ln -s "$(pwd)/src/" "path/to/your/wordpress/instance/wp-content/themes/aemi"'

Upload to a public site

1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance -> Themes and click the 'Add New' button.
2. Type in Aemi in the search form and press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard.
3. Click on the 'Install' button then click on the 'Activate' button to use your new theme right away.
