HIMALAYA ALPHA 1

Himalaya is a 2D image real time editing library and program,
adapted to gigapixel images, with 8 and 32bit per channel
precision.

Compilation :
¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨
Dependencies :
	a 32bit POSIX system
	make
	gcc
	libDevil
	SDL 1.3 (gui only)
	Cairo (gui only)

to compile the program, type make in the
src directory. The executable is named main.bin

You can compile libraries and test suites by 
typing make in the src/hl and src/gui directories.

64 Bits:

The program has never been tested on a 64bit system.
It will verly likely fail on such systems, but who knows, 
it might be your lucky day !
