1ファイルで全部の区分値を書くのは見通しが悪そうなのでサブシステムごと、あるいはフロントエンドとバックエンドなどでファイルを分ける方向で。
翻訳をどうするか？
社内は今は警告とエラーの2種だが、エラーかつ障害通知のfatal(F)を入れた。単なる画面表示のメッセージのinformation(I)もあっても良い？
バージョンいる？
